Luciana Balderrama

Luciana Balderrama was founded in Los Mochis, Sinaloa in 2014 by Luciana Balderrama.

Luciana started creating dresses from a small room at her parents house. Her pieces developed popularity locally, which gave her the confidence she needed to formally start the brand launching her first collection in 2014. In 2016 her sister Florentina joined the company. Since then, a few office moves, a new store, and a new atelier later, they run an operation of 25 people, with Luciana acting as creative director and Florentina running business operations. Luciana and Florentina say they attribute their success to being a company led by sisters, because there is a level of connection that can only be achieved among siblings.
